Q. Are EFF programs open to pediatric fellows?
A. Absolutely! All of EFF's programs are open to pediatric fellows. While the focus tends to lean towards adult treatments, there are typically pediatric fellows and presenters attending.
Q. I am a PhD student, can I apply to the Forum on Metabolic Bone Disease ?
A. Absolutely! This is our most diverse program in that it typically yields 50% PhD students and 50% MD students. We also routinely have almost as many international attendees as US-based.
Q. I received a grant in 2020, should I plan on being at the 201 Forum?
A. Not just yet. All 2020 grant awardees will be asked to attend in 2022. This is to ensure that you have had enough time to complete your research and to have data to share!
The Diabetes Research Forum is typically held in early February.
